The service level was excellent. They took care of many unexpected things that popped up, including some inspection issues necessitating some remedial work (which they helpfully arranged for us), a sharp shift in the housing market (market seemed to go from hot to cold overnight because the Federal Reserve Bank decided to make up for years of benign neglect in a few short months), and even a category four (almost category five) hurricane that delayed the closing by a week. I would recommend them to others who are looking for knowledgeable real estate brokers who will work hard to help you sell your house

You would have to look VERY hard to find someone more experienced, attentive, knowledgeable and caring than Nibal. It’s not often you get to know a real estate agent over a period of almost eight years, often it’s a short intense period with little time to reflect. My family first meet Nibal when my mother, then in her 90s, was curious about selling her home in Tampa. As good fortune would have it Nibal was called and promptly came and spent a unhurried hour walking the property and gave us an understanding of its value and potential.
