They took care of many unexpected things that popped up, including some inspection issues necessitating some remedial work (which they helpfully arranged for us), a sharp shift in the housing market (market seemed to go from hot to cold overnight because the Federal Reserve Bank decided to make up for years of benign neglect in a few short months), and even a category four (almost category five) hurricane that delayed the closing by a week.
